Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Address Changes & Failed Deliveries
If you need to modify your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours.
Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to make address changes.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect address information or unclaimed packages may result in additional shipping charges for reshipment.
