Warranty

All Superlex products come with a 6-month limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  
• Performance issues not caused by misuse or improper maintenance
  
• Replacement or repair of defective parts at no additional cost
  

During the warranty period, Superlex will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product that proves defective under normal household use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g. filters, brushes, seals, cosmetic scratches)
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect
• Damage from unauthorized repair or modification
• Commercial or industrial use beyond household application
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or resellers

If you believe your Superlex product is defective, please follow these steps:

• Contact our Customer Support Team at info@superlexshop.com with your order number, product model, and issue description.
• Include clear photos or videos if possible to help us assess the problem.
• Our team will guide you through troubleshooting or arrange for repair/replacement.

If a replacement is approved, Superlex will cover the shipping cost for returning and resending the product (within warranty period).

Please retain your original purchase receipt or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Warranty claims without valid proof may not be accepted.
